It has been featured on CorvetteOnline.com (and LSXtv.com), and in the January edition (2013) of Corvette Magazine!
It gets TONS of attention! At car shows, club events, races, and on the street. It's a GREAT car that is hard to beat (all around) for the money. A bunch of custom things done to it, so here's the list:
-Engine/Drivetrain: Vararaam Ram-Air-Intake,V/R smooth coupler, Belanger Tri-Y LT headers, cat-delete midpipe, SLP Powerflo, Custom Tune, B&M Shifter, rebuilt EBCM, D/S rotors, HPS pads, EE Catch Can, Tick Adjustable master cylinder. Clutch is in great condition, as is the transmission.
-Suspension: C6Z06 Shocks, metal endlinks
-Wheels/Tires: 5 Spoke Black wheels in Z06 sizes. 17x9.5 fronts and 18x10.5 rears. Tires are Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta high performance tires that get MANY positive reviews on corvetteforum.com, make for a great daily driver tire, and handle VERY well in the rain! They are 275/40/17 and 295/35/18. Relatively new tires on the rear with no racing done on them. Fronts have decent tread but are probably getting hard by now. 60% tread on them I'd say.
Inside: Grandsport stripe yellow/black shift ****, B&M shifter, perma-mount radar detector and invisi-cord, CLB, skip shift eliminator. Black/Yellow elbow rests/pads, Black with yellow stiching middle console cushion, black and insulated rear partition divider (helps cut down on road and exhaust noise.
Outside: Grandsport stripes, hood stripe/accents, 9 pc blackout light covers, Lemans-style Billet/carbon fiber roller-latch gas cap, plasti-dip lower rear fascia, black AC-style sideskirts, LED tailights, super custom RadioFlyer (from corvetteforum)HID projector flush-mount headlights.
Paint: I'd give the paint an overall 6/10. Front bumper has rock chips from highway driving and being stuck behind road-hogging dump trucks that spew pure evil from their beds. The driver's door also has a quarter sized ding that was somewhat repaired from before I bought it. Not show quality paint but it still looks good.
I am not afraid to state that I have indeed raced it. I have taken it to a dragstrip 3 times, autocross 8 times, and a road course (CMP) 1 time. I never put drag radials on it at the drag strip, nor race compound tires at the autox/roadcourse. I did everything on the same tires. What's the point of having a C5Z if you can't actually ENJOY it?
There might have been more that I have missed, so I'll update as I remember.
I am located in Columbia, SC.

PS: I know I'm "new" on here and have no other posts. I've been a longtime lurker but never felt the need to register. I'm mostly on corvetteforum and numerous other local forums etc.
