door is stuck shut. I managed to get the door panel off, all the rods are still connected and the latch bell crank moves with both. lock seems to work ok.

I tried hitting it with PD blaster and working the latches, no luck latch seems to be stuck

how can I get this latch unstuck to get it off and replace the latch???

any tips are appreciated.

Jack it up on the subframe of the side you're stuck. Place the jack as far towards the front on the subframe that is safe and possible. This will slightly tweak the car and the door should come open. After getting it open, clean and grease the hell out of it. I've had this happen before on a 2nd gen. It should work for ya.

If you can see the end of the door striker bolt through the door, try to get a tool into it and unscrew it.
