Default 300 shot on Stock Forged Block Question

Just trying to see how many ppl r running stock LS2 forged block with 300 shot? Im looking to do 408 build with 300 shot.

I dont think you can run a stock sleeve ls2 .030 over.

You will need to re-sleeve the block. It wont be safe at all with stock sleeves.

Is it worth doing a stock 408 or better to do 408 iron block?

I would go with an iron block for strength.

402 in a LS2 block will work all day

Aluminum blocks like nitrous but no doubt I would preffer a iron block for more strength. As mentioned above you can also do a 402 LS2 and forge out the block and spray it also. I think your LS2 stroked to a 402 and a forged bottom end will hold on good.
