Fans wont come on!!

Fans wont come on!! The fans on my 01 camaro ss won't come on I've replaced the #1 fan relay, checked to make sure they were getting power they are getting 12.4v. Got under the car and checked to see if power was going though to the fans passenger side fan was getting power but not driver side fan. Tested both motors and they ran when hooked to power. Tryed to jump them and nothing happened.

Make sure the motors don't get bound up. I had a 01' Cavalier that did the same thing. The motor would work SOMETIMES. I took the motor apart & it was corroded. I cleaned & lubed it. It worked great after that.
