Default Lt1 fog light cutoff bypass (when high beams are on)

Did a couple searches on here, google as well. No luck, so is there a write up? Or anyone know how to do this? I've done it on my 99 ls1, but wiring for the 95 is different...

Worked like a charm! Thanks! My car is a 95, and I just noticed, I did the ls1 front end swap, so I have 4 head lights instead of 2 hi/low's I wonder if anyone has done a quad beam mod? I know my ls1 car is that way factory.
