Where did you route the hose that comes off the front of the passenger side valve cover and up to the top fitting on the LS6 tb? Since I have gone to the LS2 throttle body on my MP112 setup there is no place to attach this hose and I would think the most reasonable answer would be to put a barb on the intake just before the TB and hook the hose in there. Is this the correct way to route this?

Don't block it. That's where your PCV routes vapor blow-off from the motor back into the intake to be combusted. On the LS2, that goes into your TB, but on the LS2, that goes into your intake hose.

While you're fabbing, you may as well get a catch can setup. Mightymouse sells them.

I just tee'd mine into the hose going from the drivers side valve cover, which then connects to the throttle body.
