Default Help me pick a drag radial

I've got it narrowed to three.

Toyo Proxe 315/35/17

How wide are these compared to nittos? Any fitment issues with lowered cars?

Also considering nitto 555r and nitto nt05r.

Does the 05r run smaller, like the 555r?

Any help is much appreciated.

Definitely do the Toyo's IMO! They run wide like a BFG...much wider than the Nitto 555R's

They run wider, but do they fit well? I guess wheel offset will influence that. I was looking at the Toyo Proxes TQ or Nitto DRs.

Well I never ran them on my Camaro so I don't know the answer to that, but i've seen 100's of LS1 running 315's with various different kinds of tires and have no fitment issues. I'm only comparing my TQ's to my 555R's that I had on my Mustang. The TQ was better in every aspect and lasted just as long

I had nitto 555r's with a 305 width a couple years ago and loved them for my DD. They lasted over a year and had plenty of width. I got a lot of compliments on how nice they looked on the car. They also rubbed a bit on stock height
