LS2 Injectors and 5.3 PCM??

LS2 Injectors and 5.3 PCM?? I'm using an LS2 intake, injectors (EV6?) and fuel rail on a 5.3. Adapted the stock 2005 DBW TB to the LS2 intake. My question is, with the 5.3 harness adapted to the EV6 injectors, will the 5.3 PCM fire the injectors ok?
At the age of 67, I grew up with carbs and distributors. Love the new stuff though.
