This bolt to LS Flywheel or you need adapter flywheel and spacer?

No it has the long snout so you can bolt it right up without adapters

Just got off the phone with PI, its 9.5'' 38-4000RPM and it has the ls1 pilot. It does have the anti balooning plate.
