Window Stop/Guide/? Hi all,
A piece that belongs on the doors to assist with the windows had broken. The unit lays on top of the door, behind the panel and it pretty much guides the window.
Just looking for assistance in identifying what part it is called and a part number for it.

1998 Pontiac Firebird Convertible
V8 5.7 liter

You will have to look on Ebay for them. I am not sure if you can get them from GM anymore. I've seen them for about 17 bucks for new ones on the bag. Otherwise look in junkyard for them. Those stupid things are always broke, I need one too. Just a little tip...after you replace it don't EVER close the door using the window again! That's usually what breaks them.
