how do Make my 94 into a 96 obd 2 connector?
I have the obd 2 connector but whats needed and how to wire this up so it reads as a obd2 connector?

You'll need the OBD-II connector (or pigtail).
You'll have to:
You wont' be able to "make a 94 OBD-I connector into a 96 OBD-II connector".
You'll have to:
- add a fused 12V battery wire to pin 16
- add ground to pins 4 and 5
- run the serial data wire from pin 2 to the PCM (BLUE connector, pin 58)
