Is it paint, or something along the lines of Plasti-Dip?

nah man...its a tint for chrome. Ive got my set of ZR's and got me some TTM's

so im thinking of doing the spokes and leaving the lips untouched on one of my sets.


dunno know...I wanna see if anyone else has used it. Im curious as to how durable it is.

idk, i wanna call Duplicolor and ask them what if i change my mind...can it be removed.

I know you can use some over the counter stuff to strip off the clearcoat on the stock wheels, so maybe something like that would work to remove this stuff. If not, you could always sand it off and re-polish.
