Default mystery leak?!

So I was changing the oil the other day and while under the car I noticed some fluid, hard to tell what it is, it's under the back seat pans, and up above the drive shaft and on the torque arm. In one picture, it's really wet on what I believe is the line for the Ebrake? I spent some time trying to trace it, but everything around it seems dry and not leaking. I made a trip to the dyno a couple weeks ago, is it common place for dyno wheel oil/lubrication to splash up under your car during pulls?

Probably gear oil being slung off by a pinion seal leak.

Thanks for the info everyone!! From what I've been reading, sounds like this can be a reocurring issue? I'm gonna change the seal and get that buttoned up, but I don't drive my car that hard so unless I really bang on it, it should be good? Any suggestions on a heavy duty seal or with OEM be fine? I bought my car with a Moser 12 bolt in it, anyone have any info on how to check the gear oil level? Will I have to take the cover off to check or add?

Thanks again for all the insight! You guys rock!
