What is the correct location for the pick-up and return inside the tank. Should they both be 1/4" from the bottom of the tank or should the return be farther off the bottom...maybe 1"?? Is 1/4" too close to the bottom for the pick-up?? Here is a pic for for an accurate idea of what I am referring to...
