Default Bigger valves/no port&pollish in factory heads-worth it???

I have a friend who's father owns a professional machine shop so labor would be free. Would installing bigger valves (2.02 and 1.57) and milling the deck for higher compresion be worth it with out any port or pollish work?

I would say no. You can gain more power with the factory valves and good PP work as opposed to bigger valves and unshrouded heads. The bigger valves will give some power but not to the point where you will see a return in your investment. Milling the heads will give power. Make sure you dont mill to much .
