Is every trans am automatically a formula package? I got bored and did the comp decoder thing and this I had the ws9 and y82 rpo.. Idk guess I just am bored

A lot of american cars and trucks are assembled in Canada and Mexicos, I know most 2v mustangs were assembled in Mexico. A lot of people say Canadian assembled vehicles are better, both my truck and TA are canadian and the truck has 273,000 so perhaps theres some truth to it.

And I'm pretty sure I read someones post on here the other day stating that all our cars are firebirds (base V-6) with options added, one of which being WS9-Trans Am

I know people talk about the rare ws6 formula so I didn't know if there was a trans am formula rare thing too lol

Formula = Firebird with a V8. Trans Am package is an option on top of that platform.

But ws6 is a package on the trans am so how can u have a formula ws6 with out the trans am lol... aee what I mean? Oh well though I'm going ti bed, I just got home from work :/

you can have a formula and a ws6 formula , you can have a trans am and a ws6 trans am . Ever notice how lots of trans ams on here don't have ram air hoods . Thats because they are not ws6 cars. Ws6 is an option for , sway bars, wheels 17's , and the hood, different raised lid setup , and exhaust . and a few others .

WS6 is a separate option code from the Trans Am package. You don't have to have one to have the other.
