Default Whipple Version 4.0, pics!

Brief setup is an RHS 427, Mast 305 LS7, Whipple 4.0, Custom dual throttlebody inlet, dual throttlebody controller, HPTuners 2.5bar SD OS.

Made 984rwhp at 6200rpms where we ran into a throttlebody controller issue, this was on 93 octane pump gas (no meth) 11.0:1 AFR and 16degrees of timing. Should make 1000rwhp on pump and we have a meth system just incase

That is beautifully done! Which shop helped you with the build?

Are you going switch to a ethanol sensor since the data is out?

Well it made 900+ rwtq at 4300rpm, but that wasnt a final number either. I will post dyno graphs starting from a very low rpm to demonstrate the torque table

Built by New Era Performance in Newyork! The vehicle is still there, getting a few things sorted out and if im lucky ill have a final dyno number by next week

Also, I know nothing about Ethanol, we dont have anything other than good old 93 octane gas at the pump and race fuel at race shops obviously (here in Dubai)

Well you should be able to get E85 its cheaper. Ethanol sensor data just came out for the E67 PCM's which is the ZL1, CTSV and TBSS.

Just got it all working on my ctsv. Might be a option for you.

Ethanol sensor is basically you can run multiple maps based on the % ethanol content and the tune automatically changes the maps. Example I can run reg unleaded all the way to e85 without a retune because the sensor knows the ethanol percentage and makes the changes.

E85 here is like 76% ethanol or higher depending on what time of year it is. E85 = same as C16 but e85 is $3 gal or lower vs. $13gal

Stunning work! Cant wait to see the final numbers. how did the belt drive cope spinning the blower that hard? Are you spinning it at max rpm?

What a cool looking and performing build. Very impessed with how clean it looks. I'm sure it'll be one hell of a 'street car'.

I guess i forgot to mention this, theres a 10rib direct drive belt so it goes from a 10rib crank pulley ring to the blower. Then theres a 6 rib for the other accessories and a 4 rib for the AC.

We arent spinning it at max rpm but the way it is right now its spinning faster than the COPO camaros if im not mistaken.

I cant imagine what this 4.0 could do with race gas at max blower speed.
