Default Braking issue

What does it mean when sometimes the brake pedal goes in 50% and then it starts braking but sometimes right when I touch the pedal it brakes right away.

And the other day I heard a noise and looked and 1 if my rotors got messed up but the other 3 were fine and it looks like it still has pad left.

Sounds like you need to bleed them and its possible the caliper is messed up on the one that the rotor is trashed.

Would I just have to buy a new caliper?

The other thing I was thinking was the ABS pump/module could be sticking or are the pins free for the caliper ? one pin on each of my fronts were sticking and they sometimes felt like crap when trying to stop especially at higher speeds.

I'd bleed em first, then go from there.

There are no guide pins in Brembos.

Did a piston boot tear and now a piston is sticking? I'd start pulling each wheel off and inspecting each caliper by pulling the pads out and making sure all pistons move freely. You may need to rebuild the caliper at the corner where the rotor is now trashed.

FWIW, I had a brake master cylinder leak and replaced under CPO warranty.

Id be cautious about driving this car until you find and fix the problem.
