blinkers with turn signals with standalone

blinkers with turn signals with standalone I am getting a standalone harness and it says nothing about wiring for blinkers, turn signals, lights? 
I already got rid old wiring already. It does say i can hook up cruise control with it, what is involved in that?
I plan on getting a steering column out of a newer style vehicle will i be able to hook it up to that somehow as to use that to turn on cruise, wipers, and blinkers?
