Default 4l80e converter choice?????

Ok guys I see serveral different converter choices out there for a 4l80e ... This is what I have doing to my car 2002 ws6 . It has a 370forged 9.3.1. I just put a Moser 9in and have my trans at the shop getting a rebuild and shift kit.. my trans is a 2000 it don't have the bolt hole in the 12 o clock postion so do I need the spacer between my fly wheel?.. also its going to be a street car and see the track sometimes. what brand and what stall you think I need ???? This winter I plan on turbo or f1... Like to make 800hp

I cannot answer your question, but those that can will also want to know your rear end ratio and the cam specs. (Are you going to change the cam for the turbo?)

Also, where in Michigan are you?

For a FI setup at 800, I will probably suggest our 258mm multi disk. And the cam does not sound big, so probably 3000-3500 depending on power adder, maybe even 3500-4000. And the missing 12' o clock bolt does not change your flexplate options. You can run either the spacer with the flat flexplate or the 60e dished style. And we can custom build a converter to fit either one.

If you want to fill out an Ask Chris form with your full specs, I can help you match a converter to your combo.

Chris
