How do i Know if i have 3.73 gears installed? So a while back i bought a 2000 camaro z28 m6 and the owner told me that the only mod that he did to it was 373 gears how do i know if this is true or not ? id really like to know lol

http://www.f-body.org/gears/ Just fill in the fields on the left and click calculate. it'll tell you what your rpms should be at certain speeds. That's how I found out I have 3.90's

What's not to understand?
Plug in your data on the left, and the chart on the right will show vehicle speed at specific rpms in each gear. That's as straight forward as it gets. Not sure what sort of additional explanation could even be given.
