Default Best laptop tunning program?

Greetings All, I read all the fixed posts above but went away a little lost. I do not have a racer, but want to improve gas mileage and see our my engine is performing. I have a 61 Impala with an LS1 and 4L60e tranny. The computer was set up by Street & Performance. Any suggestions on what laptop tuning program would be best for my goals? I have a Bluetooth OBDII.

It always turns into opinionated bickering if we let
it, so we don't. First whiff of that and I'll lock this
thread just like the ones before.

Your Bluetooth OBDII interface doesn't matter, the
tuning tools all have their own proprietary cable.

HPTuners and EFIlive are the most popular. You'll find people divided 50/50 between them so visit both sites and see which appeals to you. We use HP Tuners mostly here.

Okay sounds good I'll check out both. So, my OBDII is Bluetooth and my laptop is Bluetooth, but I still have to use a cable?

Was going to say same thing except we use mostly efi live. You can't go wrong with either one.
