Ok guys, my dumbass as of right now has a Loudmouth and a offroad installed soon to be a true dual system but heres the problem im running a little rich and i have carbon built up on the lower bumper i can scrap it off with a finger nail but that takes a **** load of time what im wondering is if theres something else i can use like a compound or a VERY low grade of sandpaper or something cuz when im done i want it GONE FOR GOOD! so info guys help me out not to mention the car is black so every little thing will show

Clay bar should do the trick. I would go over it with polish and wax after that.
