Default HVAC check valve vacuum lines- tugged one out and can't find where it goes?

As usual the simplest of repairs goes wrong. I was swapping the check valve and one of the lines got tugged out of their respective location. The one I'm talking about as pictured is the one to the mode selector.

I moved the PCM out of the way and I still can't find where the hell it plugs into. Help please!

It goes straight back from where it is plugged into the valve, along the HVAC housing and into the firewall.

I read somewhere that it goes into the wiring harness?

I didn't see any provisions there , I'll keep feeling around/ looking.

To clarify, the rubber connector+ about 1ft of plastic line came out. It was stuck onto the check valve good, I actually had to unscrew it off.

Thanks!

You were right! The rubber nipple/ connector was at the firewall but very hard to see, thanks again!
