Default Adjusting Shift Points (help)

I recently purchased a 99 trans am (my first LS1) it is mainly stock however it has 3.73 gears. Last week I took it to the strip and noticed when shifting from 2nd to 3rd it hits rev limiter pretty bad. Once this happened I realized the shift points must not have been adjusted from stock gears. Right now both shift points are around 58-6000 rpm. My question is what should my shift points be adjusted to in order to reach my cars full potential? My best pass hitting rev limiter and tire spin was 13.50 @ 103mph

If your speedometer is correct, it has been programmed for the gears. Just not real well.

Where is the rev limiter set to? Sounds like it just needs a little more shift point tuning but sometimes missed shifts can indicate a trans going out.
