Default Running larger fuel lines to the factory rails/FPR

The factory fuel rails on my 5.3 are 3/8 feed and 1/4 (I think) return. I plan on using the Holley Dominator pump which has a recommended min line size of -8an feed and return. What good is -8an with such small fuel rails? Should the rails be upgraded so the -8 is more effective? I'm really more concerned with the 1/4" return more than anything. I plan on running e85 and this pump may be on the big side for my target of 600+rwhp, but I dont want to buy another pump if I crank the boost up.

Thanks Guys!!!!

Default

If anything its the rails you should replace first. People have made 1000 hp on stock lines. If its a serious car especially on e85 you should do the rails and lines
