ok camaro fans who thinks i made a bad choise
I have a 96 z28 it had a lt1 with a 6 speed car had blown head gaskets I fixed then and that day the motor started knocking. so out it came I ended up listening to a buddy and putting a carbureted gen1 sbc in it with a th400 trans car makes 600hp on spray and leaves like a monster what are you thoughts on carbed or FI. good decision or bad

A lot depends on you. There are very few(if any) advantages on carbureted over fuel injection. Ive had a motorcycle that was carbureted, and i hated bothering with it in the mornings or cold starts.
IMO, FI > carbs, but if you already have the new engine installed and working fine, i would just leave it alone.
what size shot are you running?

600 fwhp and ya the hei is a bitch to work with but I cut all the way up to the windshield and the motor was dropped and moved forward a few inches I took it to the track once and I couldn't hook my 60 ft was 2.129 I ran a 12.60on street tires on motor and that was with 342 rear end gears I just put 410 in and got a set of 28.10.5 slicks so will see where I land now
