Default Narrow Band air/fuel help

I want to hook up an air fuel ratio gauge to my 96 z28 to help me monitor and adjust my nitrous. I would like a wide band if any one knows how to do this cheaply. alright now for my real questions is a narrow band gauge useful or am I wasting my time and money and if a get a narrow band one can I hook it up to two o2 sensor or do you have to use one. I was thinking about use the two downstream o2 because I emptied the cats would it work if I do this. thanks for any advise.

narrowband is useless for what you are wanting. Get a AEM wideband. Easy to install and use. pretty much the cheapest route too. OR you can get a LC1 innovate and use the narrowband output to replace one of your stock sensors. Thus not needing to install a bung in the exhaust.

I agree wideband is the way you need to go.

My Zeitronix model was not expensive as far as wide bands go, and its quite accurate and has data logging capability.

Thank for all the advise. I think I am going to get a wide band in the future but for now summit has a narrow band for like 30 buck so could I use both rear o2 or just the one.

Narrow band is a complete waste of money. They are not accurate at all and have been known to send false signals to your PCM.

Do yourself a favor, save the $30, and just wait until you can afford the wideband..
