Bad news on T56 Never heard that before right?
Trying to finish my '68 camaro build with T56 out of '04 GTO. It was bought used and have never been able to get it over to the 5/6 gate. Finally took it to tranny shop, long story short it's going to cost me a big chunk of $$ just to pull it apart and put it back together. They still have no idea what the issue is hence dont' know what parts will cost.
Point of this post is I'm looking for feedback on any "must have" upgrades I should consider while it's apart.... I am not rich and have a endless check book so it would have to be a true MUST have item. Otherwise I'll have them rebuild it to stock specs.
