370 or 408 ls3 heads or 243s Can't decide on what i wanna do a 370 with ls3 heads although ive heard they are overkill on a small cubic on motor or just. Punch it to a 408 with ls3 heads

Also interested in this as I just bought a 6.0. I followed lemons12 build of a 370 with LS3 heads, had it ready to go on a 200 hit too. He wrecked the car before he ever got to spray though. He just bought a 408 and said he would never look back.
Would love to hear other people's opinions though on which route to go. Also, comparisons of build costs would be nice.

I always think you should stroke it. Now for the heads. I guess its all up to your goals and budget The 243s would be better on the bottomed. (up to 4k) If you get the heads ported by AI or TEA there is more to be had.
If you want bottom end, 243s hads down.
