I have one dilema. Want new LS3 with 450-480whp. Here is one good thread where some owner have 485whp LS3 and what mods engine have:

Problem is that I am from europe and need some way to buy completed engine in price range 7500$. Crate motor have this price but dont have power. I need to change c6 oil pan fitted to engine to f-body pan, camshaft and other parts for power and this will increase price in the sky. At the and I will have many new parts from new crate engine which I dont need and dont have time to sell it.
Engine need to pass emission test lambda 0.97-1.03, CO maks 0.3%.

what to do?

Look at the sponsors and see what they have to offer. When mine was built they were able to find some used covers to put it on the engine dyno that I was able to buy for very little.
