Question Do I need to put the spring back on the TO bearing when changing it out?

I am installing a Mantic street clutch and was told to use the release bearing that it included, do I need to put the factory spring back on it when I reinstall it on the slave cyclinder, picture looks like I do not? Anyone else running a manic clutch? TY SSDoubleK
