Default Plate kits

So this summer Im gonna be adding a plate kit for a 100-150 shot on my car, was wondering if there is any major difference in quality amongst the various brands out now. I was looking at nitrous outlet as those seem pretty popular on here, who else has good stuff? Im needing basically a full kit, and purge and bottle heater and all that good stuff for the install. I already have a window switch and LNC 2000. Any reason not to get a used set up?

I've had a nitrous outlet 78 mm plate kit on my car for over 5 years, never an issue!

I always buy my nitrous stuff used but never installed/opened... You get huge discounts for the same item.

It is hard to resell nitrous related items for some reason.

Do the solenoids tend to go bad often enough that buying one used seems risky? As I understand it that fuel/nitrous noids are probably the most critical part as far as needing to be high quality in a N2O build?

No.. You can get a ton of use out of them. I tend to stick to "nicer" used things though, nothing that is beat on.

You can also have them rebuilt for fairly cheap.

Good to know, in addition to the kit, what other accessories would I need to be track legal?

There is definitely a difference in quality of components from manufacture to manufacture. Sadly any company you talk to will swear theirs is the best. lol

I spent a lot of time designing our product line to be the best of the best. We also spend a lot of time making sure our technical support is the best in the industry.

I know my statements are bold but NITROUS OUTLET is THE BEST!

There is nothing wrong with picking up used parts. Just be careful what you purchase. If you have any questions ask one of our techs.

I have Nitrous Outlet Plate kits on 2 cars right now and if My Carburated project ever gets finished, I'll be getting them to do a puck or spray bar system for that car.

Their Tech support is second to none IMO

Oh, and I was running a nozzle kit before the plate kit, I guess it could be a fluke, but my car picked up a tenth with the same size shot when I went to the plate

I will agree with everyone else here. I really like my nitrous outlet stuff. Besides the parts themselves being high quality their customer service is excellent. For a newbie you are likely going to need tech advice from time to time. As you can see nitrous outlet is always jumping at the chance to offer tech support either online or over the phone.

NITROUS OUTLET FTMFW!! Truly good guys over there too, since way back in the nitro daves performance days.

I used to work at a performance shop and we sold NOS and NX, I couldn't stand selling that stuff, I used to turn away sales by recommending they call Dave for there nitrous needs.
