Turbo is way too small for the cubes. You're going to choke it with that little turbine. Other than that and the cam it looks great.

How much are the heads milled? With those pistons your compression is going to be too low in my opinion. Also I would turn around and sell the rockers and lifters, that is a solid roller setup and your cam is not. To me solid roller would be a huge waste without better heads and more compression anyway. Plenty of guys run stock or ls7 lifters and stock rockers with success. That's an area you could save money and put somewhere else like a custom cam........

How much boost are you planning on running? That 76mm will be a joke for the cubes

Tunning has sure really improved over the years. People including myself really didnt know how much potential these LS blocks have, specially for the aluminum 4.8s and 5.3s under boost. OP wont have lag at all

I have a 76mm on a 346. Not all turbo's are sized the same. A tc78 turbo has a dinky 68mm turbine wheel unlike say a PT7675 with a 75mm turbine. That makes a huge difference as I choked the tc78 but the PT7675 so far has been fine up to 17-18psi on my setup. Need more fuel. My car is primarily street driven so I'm looking for response more so than peak power.

Well, actually that turbine a/r is too small. it can be a 76 just a bigger exhaust housing.

Not sure yet, compression should be around 8 to 8.5. The lifters and rockers I got already have. Should be good for high revs LOL. Ya I would like a custom cam but I don't know what the final bulids going to be ill work out the bugs and then get one made.

That compression is wayyyyy low for an LS motor. Its going to be a dog out of boost, especially if you throw a large cam in there. Around 9.5 would of been a little better.

Yup, then it will be a big TPI L98 motor. Done by 5200 rpms.

I had a similar build. forged 347, 02 LS6 cam, stock 317's with 79cc chambers = 8.7:1CR, twin T3/T4s, built 4L80e, Yank 3200 stall & made 603rwhp/600 rwhp on pump 93.
14psi.

It was slugglish out of boost but down right violent when in boost. If I could have done it over I would go 10:1CR + meth.

Wanted something very pump gas friendly and be able to throw a ton of boost at it. Also can anyone show me some good info on why the .96 a/r is to small?

The AR isn't the problem it's the physical size of the housing/wheel that are going to cause problems on that much displacement. The 370 under boost is going to try to move more air than the housing can handle. Think of it as trying to exhale through a straw. It might work well walking around but if you go for a jog you'll get backed up pretty quickly.

You will have a problem running crower solid lifters on that cam, lifters have to be matched to the cam.

Get rid of the solid lifters, you need better springs, and sell the rockers and get stock. I'm stating what's already been posted but I can't help myself.
