Default Affordable vette style serpentine kit

Looking to swap over my f body accessories to vette style serpentine kit w/o a/c but w/ power steering. I would really like and all billet or polishe kit. But $2k+ for those is just out of my budget. What other options are out there that can/will dress up the motor more?

If you want "billet" it will cost you. If you want functional, you can check out the Holley kit or the OEM Corvette system.
