Default Question about Fuel Gauge on Remote Fuel Tank

I have a problem with an erratic liquid filled summit fuel gauge or at least that what I think is the problem. Read on.

I have this gauge: http://static.summitracing.com/globa...M-G3122_ml.jpg

I have this universal aeromotive regulator.

and a nitrous outlet remote fuel tank/pump for the c5. This feeds two solenoids on two rails for the direct port setup.

Normal procedure for me is to adjust the fuel pressure, make a pass, check plug, repeat. I usually check the pressure when the car has cooled, right before running.

From pass to pass, adjustment to adjustment, I am finding the fuel pressure is erratic and off by as much as 2psi +/-. As you low pressure nitrous guys know, that is WAY TOO MUCH. If adjusting up, the error seems to go higher. When down, error seems to go that way.

Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it? I have read the liquid filled can change pressure unlike non-liquid filled gauges. I took the regulator completely apart and it looks good.

I am going to order the non-liquid filled Aeromotive gauge as a test.

Ideas? Would be nice to monitor FP.
