Make sure all doors and hatch is closed tight. My Monte Carlo did that once and it was one of the doors not shut all the way but I had the alarm activated. This is just a thought.

Mine used to go off for like 10 seconds moments after I locked my door. Everytime. So I unplugged the shock sensor and it stopped. It's located under the same plastic piece where the jack and spare are. I realize my issue was different from yours, but it wouldn't hurt to try that anyway.

The alarm should arm if all doors (including hatch) are closed and...
1. You press the lock button on the key fob
2. Press the panic button on the key fob
3. Lock the doors using the power door lock button by the window switches
To confirm you're not doing any of these, correct?

x2 on the shock sensor. My '99 Camaro would beep twice and the alarm would randomly go off. You can adjust the shock sensor so it's not very sensitive. If that doesn't stop the alarm from going off then you could try unplugging it. Like sawblade said it's under the plastic panel where the spare tire is on the passenger side.

Do all factory alarms come with the shock sensor? Mine is missing, but the alarm/keyless functions operate normally. Maybe the previous owner took it out?
To the OP, my parents Blazer did something somewhat similar. I am not sure if the alarm is factory or not. It doesn't have the gm remotes, but does arm with the sound of the horn. Anyways, if you arm the alarm with the remote, the horn will sound off once every hour or so. We took it to a alarm place and they couldn't find anything wrong. Or you could just lock the doors from inside and no issues for us.

There is definitely something wrong with the circuitry..some wiring has gone damaged which is why the alarm tips off on even the slightest touch..you might wanna check for any damage to the circuit board.

My alarm is not set. My doors are not locked. The panic button couldnt have been getting pressed that many times as they are hanging on the wall. It is still doing it everyday. It just randomly goes off. Again alarm is not set by key fob. Doors are not locked with a key or key fob. And the panic button not pressed.

Unhook the shock sensor and see if it still does it. Your alarm can be programmed to set as soon as all the doors are closed whether you lock them or not. I was dealing with mine going off a every time I opened and closed my door. I unhooked to the shock sensor today to see if that could be the problem and it stopped.

My car recently did this after a bad rain storm. Water got into the area where the shock sensor is located while I was at work and would go off every ten mins. I unplugged the shock sensor and took it inside with me while I was at work and tried to get the water out. After the storms I hooked it back up and everything was good to go.

Just got mine fixed. I took the shock sensor out and took it apart and it had gotten moisture in it. I took a microfiber rag and rubbing alcohol and carefully cleaned the green corrosion off of the circuit board. I reinstalled it and now it seems to be working perfectly.
