I have a guy on my ship who is looking to sell the d1 off of his vette and i was curious how much work it would be to make it work on my car. Obviously tune, in line fuel pump, maybe larger injectors, smaller cam and piping. I'm just curious how much it'd be for the piping/mounts needed. I know i can send in the procharger to procharger and they can reverse the direction for about 250 but i'm not sure of the hardware differences. I already plan on changing my cam so that is not an issue. he wants $1500 for it all.


I have 36lb injectors, mild comp cam, raptor stage 2 t56, stage 2+ clutch. I plan on taking out my motor and doing a mild build on deployment with forged internals, possibly stroking or boring it? new heads and cam. my goal would be 430-460 rwhp. currently at 391 rwhp. and yes with this power upgrade i plan on getting a s60 rear. just trying to figure out if i should go with a h/c or try to get a deal on this s/c and get a smaller cam making probably 480-500 on 7ish psi.

I would find a f-body kit, or just buy his his head unit and have the rotation reversed. Then look for the F-body mounting and cooler kits. The cost to swap a f-body to a vett accessories is not worth it.

Might be worth it just to flip it for a profit if you can't get it to work.
