Can you be more specific. The T-Bar is outside of the car. Is this water coming in between the weatherstripping and roof near the "T" of the headliner?

Definitely sounds like the weather stripping has failed. Post a pic of the area so that we can take a look.

If I pull the front of the headliner down and peak inside I can see it dripping where the metal meets the glass but on the outside my stripping surrounding the window is like rock hard no cracks and doesnt give away I took a small flat head and went around the stripping looking for an obvious yes elusive spot where the stipping isnt adhesed anymore but its all good. My stripping under the ttoo is fine it leaks more when the car is just sitting still than moving so its where the the ttops go under the tbar and where it meets the windsheild and irs dead center

So the leaks are coming from the roof itself and not the area where the T-Tops meet the roof?

If so, you could have a leak in the seal around the windshield or might be getting water through the holes for the hold down bar for the T-Tops. That bar is screwed through the roof and I recall the holes are sealed. If those are the source of your water, you might just have to unscrew the bar and re-seal the holes.

What would you reccommend to reseal those holes?

Only if that's where the water is coming from.

I'd recommend taking the headliner out. Once you have a clear view of the roof, this should be easy to solve.

well it was the whole entire top of the wind shield where it meets the frame I think the glue that keeps it sealed has finally dried out and started to deteriorate.......as a temporary solution I used flowable silicone to hold it over till I get the wind shield re-seated
