Default My new exhaust, mufflex style with Kooks muffler

Decided to ditch my 3'' magnaflow and do full 3.5" from the y pipe back. I used Vibrant SS mandrel bends and a Kooks SS 3.5'' muffler. Im very happy with the way it came out. Here are a couple pics and im about to have a video ready to post.

Wow! That's really pretty.

Is there a 4" option available?

What did you end up spending all together in parts alone?

I know mufflex does offer a 4'' version. I spent about $350 on parts for this setup.

Yeah its a little more aggressive than the magnaflow was but under WOT it screams, reminds me of a vette with one of the many badass exhaust systems they have.

The Mufflex 3.5" & 4" y-pipe back systems in 304 STAINLESS are upwards of $1000.00!!

Now I am wondering if I should have pieced together my 3.5" y-pipe back system with Vibrant stainless parts (including the straight sections) as well.

That Kooks muffler looks like it is twice as loud as the already too loud (for me at least) 3.5" Borla XR-1 with the 16" case!! (IS it???)

this kooks muffler is small, maybe 10-12 inches long? Its not too loud cruising, I wanted something louder than the magnaflow but not too loud and it worked perfect for me.

I looked on kooks but didn't see the muffler your using. I wonder if they make it in a 4inch.

What bends did you use? I tried to get a 3.5" catback system fabbed, but ran into a problem with the I-pipe. It needed a 15* bend, or something close to that. I haven't been able to find one. Vibrant only offers that bend in 3".

Looks and sounds good. Do you have any clips of what it sounds like while driving? Or at WOT?
