Default Possibly cross threaded spark plug help!

Basically im in the process of bolting up headers, got everything down+own, changing plugs, i hand tighten all of them but im noticing 1 doesnt want to go (others i could tighten like 5-6 rotations, this one i cant even do 2-3) So im figuring its cross threaded from pulling it out, obviously i havent been stupid enough to just keep wrenching on it because itll damage it.
Any advice? Thanks.
