Default Need a plug recommendation

I have a 2 stage setup on my car and I need a recommendation on a plug. I'm thinking may be a b8efs or b9efs but I'll let some guys chime in. Here is my setup.

416 cu ls3
11.3:1 compression
Ported l92 heads
240/251 637/620 lsa 114
1st stage 150
2nd stage 200
4k fti stall
3.73 gears
C16 in a hi psi fuel cell
Fast 102 t/b & intake

Minimum 9s, personally i would run 10s.

Like suggested above. I would start with 10s. If the plug is not getting enough heat on it then go to 9s.
