What could cause this?
all right...here's the problem...
Whenever my car goes to shift from second gear to third at WOT there is a hesitation during the shift. It's like the band is being released too early or the 3-4 clutch pack is being engaged too late because there is an rpm "flare up" during the shift. The car will reach the top of second gear, bang the rev limiter a few times, then drop into third. It shifts hard into 3rd gear when the 3-4 clutch pack engages so I don't think it's slipping. It's like the shift is all screwed up or something. This is a pro yank 4L60E btw...
My 3-4 clutch pack burned up a while ago and I replaced it just last week. I know that I didn't cause this problem working working on the transmission because it did this before. I thought it was simply a matter of the 2-3 shift point being set at too high of a speed, but it's not. I've tried everything with LS1 edit and nothing helps.
I can't figure out what the problem is.

TCC lockup on shift =1 means keeping the verter locked on shifts. Iwas thinking bout doing this for my city/street tune, and undoing it at the strip to see if it improves mpg.
its a param on edit/hptuners

Actually on the tune it is set to TCC lockup on shift =True. We never adjusted it though and the converter definitely isnt locked or trying to lock, since another section of edit will not allow the converter to lock in anything less than 3rd gear. It may stay locked on the 3-4...not sure.
