Default '94 Suburban L33/4L65 conversion

New guy, lurking here for some time, soaking up the knowledge, had this engine and trans for a year, time to get rolling on this.'05 L33 and '07 4L65 into my TBI suburban.

She has served me faithfully (albeit slowly)for the past 14 years... but its time to go.

Committed...

De greased and powerwashed...

Cleaned and painted fenderwells, POR-15 on the frame rails

I wanted as close to a factory look as possible, so I used a 96 and up ABS/PCM bracket, which means the washer bottle has to be moved. So I snagged a 96-up washer bottle, the aux battery tray, and charcoal canister bracket. The battery is being moved to the left side to facilitate the air box and plumbing.

Which necessitated new battery cables (2awg positive and 1/0awg negative)

Diesel airbox

parts...

GTO fans

This isn't gonna work for me,,,

Waiting on my cam, and torque converter, I expect them both this week...

Drilled and tapped the bypass for sending unit.

Steam vent plumbed into the water pump

Corvette filter

I decided it would be best finalize converting this harness to standalone when the engine is in the truck. That way I know where everything will land.

Any updates on this?
I also have a 94 Burban and been thinking about an LS swap. Dont think it would be too bad a swap.
