Fuel pressure drops after i turn the car off please need help

I start the car it goes to 60psi then when I shut it off it drops to 0psi in 2-3 hours and my car is running very shitty 11.80's to 15.80 WTF HELP

Ummmm. If youre trolling, I know what you mean, my tires go flat after 3 years if I dont air them up from time to time. If you're serious...its normal. You have another problem.

before it stayed at 40psi over 1 year of time
