Default Bronze Shifter Cup for T56

Had a friend suggest this too me as my T-56 is already pulled was curious if anyone has replaced the plastic one with this and what results they had.

The only "noticeable" gains would be if the previous cup was worn or broken.

If adhered to the offset lever with the proper adhesive, the cup will not lift out and experience shearing / breakage. They last a long time too.

Its durable but you get a bit more vibration through the shifter.

i installed one of these when i pulled my t-56...zero difference in feel, it's supposed to be more durable but the plastic one i removed had been there for 13 years and was still in good shape...no cracks, chips, etc. so it appears i've bought into the hype.

so if you're not racing you're car...IMO, the money is better served staying in your pocket.
