295/50/15 4th gen? Info/pics needed please! Hey guys i have the oppertunity to buy a set of rear jegs sport star 15x8-6'' back space wheels with 500 mile hankook ventus h101 295/50/15 tires for 200.00...The guy selling told me they worked great until he lowered the car
(4th gen T/A) on strano springs, then they rubbbed. I know the recommended backspace is usually 7.5 but is that only with the 15x10? Im just looking for some honest opinions on buying them? Eventually I would be putting a set of Mt/Hoosier drag radials on the rims if i do buy them... Kinda just worried about the back space issue. I dont plan on lowering the car a ton, (maybe 1'' in rear) Is there anyone out there running this combo rim/tire or just the tire with some pics?? Also, can someone point me in the right direction for lugs? PLEASE post if possible, i have to make the decision today on whether i wanna drive 2.5 hours in the am to buy them. Thanks in advance!!!!!
