LQ9 Fox vs 5.3 240.....
After some friendly **** talking we decided to see what would happen!
240 is a stock bottom 5.3/th400/s480/e85, 240 trapped 148mph on 16lbs....
Dig, I was out by a couple of football fields according to Matt (the driver of the 240) lol, from a roll we both spun pretty good but he got me....

The 1st (dig) race looked like he just watched you go. The roll run looked like he hit the bottle about the time you both got traction. He was GONE! You seemed to let off just as he was pulling away. With all the similar noise, it wasn't clear when you let off.
Several years ago, I saw a race on FL T.P. and it didn't end well. One guy lost control at about 110 and crashed hard. You guys obviously fared better.

I let out from the roll because I was out of gear (next thing to change) the 240 trapped 148mph last time it made a pass and it's no joke!
I knew I was out gunned from a roll as my car is NOT a roll car, but I had to give him a 2nd chance from the gap band that was played on the 1st run.....

I did that and it absolutely made a difference up top. It also made a difference down low, which wasn't great. Still, at some point it's needed and you're all the way to that point, I'm sure.
