Default Throtle position sensor......?

So I just swapped my 94 engine harness with a 95 harness due to some burnt wires. Not sure if this has anything to do with my current problem. I started the car it idles fine maybe a little high but as soon as I put it in gear it bogs down and runs real rough. Any ideas throttle position sensor....?

How did you do that, seeing that the two harnesses are not the same? If you did not do any repining to C105 (which 94 cars don't have), only half of your injectors have power.

Yes, that needs to be mated for injectors 1, 4, 6, 7 to get power.

That's still odd that it would idle ok with being down 4 cylinders

If you got it running, I would say you probably got all the other wires mated up. It does not take much fuel to idle. Consider the newer engines that deactivate cylinders while you drive.
