so my fiance's car is getting her calipers painted. She has a 2000 burgundy Camaro SS and we are trying to paint match her calipers as best as possible does anyone have any input? I purchased a new set and selfetch them already hit them with red scuff pads first and thinner to get the packing grease off. I'm aware everyone says to use high temp paint blah blah blah but frankly calipers don't get that hot I'm just looking for a comparable bomb can to her paint code.

try dupli color rattle can u may come close...part stores carry a selection of later model colers.? but there not brake fluid resistant by any stretch...heat wont be an issue..not sure if u can get a clear that is in a can..
